Either way, the attendance records that went through timekeeping flow into payroll without being copied by hand.

A traditional payroll rollout can take around 30 days of requirements gathering, configuration, data entry, and testing before the first live run. HRGo’s setup is much shorter:

  • SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR withholding tax

  • Overtime and holiday premiums, using a maintained Philippine holiday calendar

  • Loan amortization, including SSS, Pag-IBIG, company, and external loans

  • Leave credits and balances for SIL, VL, and SL


It also generates an accounting-ready register and a bank credit list for every cutoff and keeps an audit trail of every edit and approval.
